Modernisation of a 1930s Three-Bedroom Property

This project involved the demolition of the garage and existing rear extension.

A new rear open plan extension, reconfiguring the ground and first floor layout and new drainage.

The open-plan rear extension included underfloor heating, an aluminium bifold & a warm roof with 3 flat panel roof lights.

The ground floor was reconfigured adding a new WC, utility room and open-plan kitchen diner.

The original ground floor and first floor bay windows were removed and rebuilt with modern glazing.

Drainage works included a new mains water feed, upgraded inspection chambers and a land drain in the rear garden.
