Listed building conversion into two dwellings
Close coordination with the architect and local planning was required to preserve the property’s listed status & character.
Structural challenges, including subsidence and a failed foundation on the roadside elevation had to be managed to complete the project.
The newly created cottages required a full internal rebuild, complete rewire and new plumbing for kitchens & bathrooms.
