Chapel conversion & modernisation

A complete strip out of all existing wiring, piping and furnishings was required to bring this Chapel conversion up to a modern standard.

A party wall was added to split the 5-bedroom flat into two 2-bedroom flats.

Newly built shower rooms with LED-mirrors, under floor heating and heated towel rails were added.
