Golf driving range conversion into a 4-bedroom single storey dwelling
A complete demolition of the existing back to the structural steel and concrete pad was required for this project.
The new dwelling was then built from the ground up during a challenging winter in a West Yorkshire valley.
Floors were fully tiled over an underfloor heating system, heated with an air-source heat pump.
Eight double patio doors opened out onto a 50m patio providing stunning views across the valley.
