Listed conversion into two separate dwellings

We were tasked with the comprehensive restoration of a derelict, listed property, with the objective of dividing it into two self-contained dwellings to enhance our client’s rental portfolio.

  • Close coordination with the architect and local planning committee to preserve the property’s listed status and historic character

  • Resolved significant structural issues, including subsidence and a failed foundation on the roadside elevation, which required extensive propping to stabilise the building and enable the safe demolition, excavation, and complete rebuild of the compromised section.

  • Addressed roof challenges by renewing both the covering and much of the roof structure

  • Entirely new internal rebuild including, floors, walls, ceilings and floors; install of full electrics, plumbing, kitchens and bathrooms.

  • Restoration and installation of existing and new door and window surrounds

  • Significant external groundworks and car park at rear.
